Before joining PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk (Tugu Insurance) as President Director in April 2025, he served as President Director of PT Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia (Tugure) from 2018 to early 2023.

Has more than 23 years of experience at Pertamina Group, with her last position being responsible as VP Financing & Treasury PT Kilang Pertamina International (2024 – 2025). Fitri Azwar officially joined PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk (Tugu Insurance) as Director of Finance and Corporate Services in April 2025.
Ery Widiatmoko

Obtained various achievements in his career and most recently served as Executive Vice President (Retail Business) at PT Asuransi Astra Buana from 2014 to 2018. Currently, Ery has joined PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk (Tugu Insurance) as Insurance Marketing Director, since September 23, 2020.

Has more than two decades of experience in the insurance sector, with his last position being responsible as Claim Group Head of Tugu Insurance. Fadlil Iswahyudi has officially served as Technical Director in April 2025.
Edi Yoga Prasetyo
Director of Compliance and Risk Management
Edi Yoga Prasetyo earned his Bachelor of Agriculture degree in 1995 from the Faculty of Agriculture, Bogor Agricultural University, in the Social Economics study program. He then continued his education and earned a Master's degree from the School of Business, IPB University in 2024 in the Management and Business Study Program, and completed the Mini Master of Law Program from the Faculty of Law, Gadjah Mada University (UGM) in the same year.
